Orders are roasted fresh and dispatched weekly every Tuesday. Your first order ships on the next Tuesday after your subscription is placed.
Can I pause or change my delivery when I'm away?
Yes — log into your account, navigate to Manage Subscriptions, and you can pause, skip, or adjust at any time.
Can I skip a delivery?
Absolutely. Head to your account and use Skip Delivery before your next billing date. No limit on skips.
How do I change my subscription frequency?
Log in and go to Manage Subscriptions. Switch between weekly, every 2 weeks, every 4 weeks, or every 6 weeks at any time.
How do I change my roast or grind?
Swap your roast or grind from Manage Subscriptions. Changes take effect on your next order.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, cancel any time with no lock-in. Go to Manage Subscriptions and select Cancel.
